I ordered this highlighter blush online. I don’t know if it is available locally because so far I haven’t seen it on display near those Neutrogena skin care products at the usual drugstores and department stores. (I got mine from here— one of my favorite local resellers.)
Anyway, I got this in #26 Healthy and just love it on my skin. With other blushers, I tend to itch a little bit but with this, there’s no itching at all. The color is just right for my morena skin, but since it’s a highlighting blush, it tends to be a little bit lighter on the pigmentation — so you have to put more. What’s good with that is that there are less chances of putting on too much.

I find that it’s easier to apply with my Suesh Big Powder Brush or their Blush Brush, all part of my 21-piece set rather than the provided brush which is too small, making blending harder.
